| 1992. Initially we concentrated on sourcing spare parts for imported equipment, which were |
| used primarily in heavy machinery OEM's and foreign joint ventures in China. A year later, |
| we started sub-contracting control systems for both Honeywell Co., and Johnson Controls |
| Co., primarily dealing with designing, assembling, and installing of DDC control systems |

| Energy management services |
| Mechanical maintenance, upgrades and retrofits |
| Fire and life safety solutions Emergency communications |
| Our project areas cover factories, airports, commercial buildings, hotels and malls all over |
| China. |

| In the mean time, we found that most of our spare part customers were in Mainland China. |
| With this in mind we set up our main office in Shenzhen, which is 40 minutes from Hong |
| Kong. In doing this we have kept our business in Hong Kong and developed further |
| business on the Mainland while continuing to give our customers convenient service. |
