provides simple and dependable
reverse pulse cleaning control on
a time interval basis. Electrical
actuation times range from 30 to
500ms and the between pulse pause
time ranges from 1 to 999 seconds.

The Enhanced Demand Control
Interface provides sophisticated
on-demand filter cleaning functions.
The cleaning cycle is regulated by the
differential pressure across the filters
on the basis of high and low
differentialpressure limits, or on the
basis of a trigger value and a %
pressure drop desired.

  A3000 Differential Pressure Switch/Gage

Differential pressure gage combined with switch function, for measuring pressure drop in dust collectors. Switching set points are instantly adjusted with front knobs.


  Differential Pressure Control Panel

Cleaning system controller, which designed to satisfy the requirement for reliable 'demand' cleaning. The unit has two major components:  Differential pressure gage with adjustable high and low set points; and Integral solid state relay electronics, a programmable, microprocessor based timer card.
